Planet Moon Studios has mysteriously reversed its stance and is now willing to support the 1.5 patch. I have forwarded our request list from the forum for items to be included in 1.5 and they have replied with their preliminary patch notes:
March 31st (8:00 PST) - 1.5 Official Patch Notes
Balance *Ability to change default blaster with RPG
*Multi-kabuto support (kabutos no longer allowed to damage each other)
*Reaper spells have had damage reduced and the cluster spell can no longer be used against kabuto's "weak spot"
*Shielding "durability" has been cut in half. Players with full shield will no longer be able to survive 3+ rockets.
Additional Features *Auto-updater: Players can automatically download 1.5 from the PMS server
*GMM integration: Players can use a scrolling menu to select custom maps without the addition of 3rd party software
*IP banning w/ anti-trainer support
*Revamped dedicated program (fixed most crashes)
As a side note, we're sorry this has taken so long to release to the Giants community. We're doing our best to complete the patch given our timeframe and our estimated release date is March 7th. More information will be publicly released as we approach the patch release date.

New maps and tutorials have been added to the site. Mastor has kindly submitted: How to make a GMM skin, How to make a gmm map not override the default map, and How to put more than one map in a file. All tutorials can be viewed by selecting the "Tutorials" button at the top of the menu.
Also, Z0PharX has discovered a new command line, now added to the command list section in "Guides," that allows players to change the message of the day in the game. Simply use "message" followed by the desired message of the day in either a dedicated server or regular server.
