Not just yet. I'm working on correcting a couple of minor bugs at the moment and adding the last few features that will be necessary. We'll probably be posting a much more complete list of changes than we did at the time of this announcement soon, as the project has gone far beyond that now.
new version fixes the gate/wall bug with prox missiles (you can no longer prevent proximity missiles from detonating when they pass you standing in-front of a wall or gate.) It wasn't a really huge problem if you remembered to shoot the ground near people, but it's still an awesome fix and I don't know why tas or zop hasn't said anything about it yet.
I played with the new version for quite a few hours yesterday without any problems so this should make it to the first release.
