there is a problem i need help with on my copy of giants whenever i look away from the floor then the floor goes all flickery
and i can see through the ground to the water beneath if anyone can help me do so

tried changing the screen resolution? if I play with 640 x 480 (which I had to do when I was in the damn safemode >.<) you can see through the map on some points and it's also flickery.

I get that too, I just turn the landscape bump mapping or whatever on then off again or off then on again. It seems to fix it for me.

what is your graphic card?
go in the graphic options then "change resolution", check if something with T&L is selected. I had this problem and solved it by selecting the T&L option.

This problem seems to be caused by a low z-buffer precision, and it can usually be solved by choosing to use 32 bit colors rather than 16.

i have a geforce 3 graphics card and i kind of half solved it by enabling doublescan

its ok i have solved it now by going into graphics options and changing the res options but thx for the help guys
