My box came with two disc 1s!

Post by Gamera »

I've never played Giants but a store here has a bunch of copies for $10 each so I grabbed one. I install disc 1, it asks for disc 2 with data3.cab, so I put the CD labelled "Disk 2" in AND ITS GOT THE EXACT SAME FILES ON IT AS DISC ONE. The game came in a properly printed box with a manual and reference card and everything.

Has anyone else heard of this happening? It's the Asia-Pacific version. Now I have to warez disc two.

tell the store you got it from what happened and ask for a refund (bring your recite) or another giants: citizen kabuto game. If the same problem occurs, do it again, or just screw it all and get your 10 bucks back.

No harm in downloading it now, the company (or whatever) that made it is dead and buried. >=3

I thought they gave exclusivicity to Sony to make the games, not Planet Moon.

The official site wrote:Planet Moon Studios is a leading developer of PSP, next-generation console and PC games, staffed by veteran industry professionals with an average of 15 years experience. The company was founded in 1997 by the Shiny Entertainment team that created MDK. Since then, we've produced three award-winning, critically-acclaimed games based on our own highly original IPs: Giants: Citizen Kabuto, Armed & Dangerous and INFECTED (released late 2005). Our dialog, story, humor and character-driven action games have been embraced by critics and fans alike, and have sold millions of units around the world.

Oh yea, Infected on PSP, my bro has it because he got a PSP thats cracked, and got given these dvd disks with like 600 games on and Infected was one of em. I told him to put it on his PSP because I said "its by the same makers of Giants man!!" pretty gd game but can get boring.

He got the PSP from Japan lol, but bought it from ebay. Some heavy hardware hacker was selling it :)
