Seems you didn't help him (Wiktor) much...

If someone wants to create a new 3D model of Delphi from a scratch, it would be better to add it to the game, instead of to use it only for screensaver animation purposes, IMHO.

Because you provided very little information about your problem, then it means it's not important or urgent, sorry

What OS are you using? You installed a program (which one?) that said to turn off a kernel debugger? If you are using Win XP check Windows Tasks Manager and check whether there is something called 'mdm.exe' then shut it down.
'mdm.exe' is 'machine debug manager'.

RE-installed Giants many times, Installed the 1.4 patch and the 1.4 patch with EAX
So don't install that patch with EAX support, besides don't tell me that clean Giants, direct from the box, is with EAX...

And don't call me dude, DUDE!

Check for type of errors, run diagnostic tests, update drivers to the ones supporting WHQL etc etc etc.

Eastern Time (USA & Canada) is GMT-05:00 ! Argh! I live in GTM+01:00, so 10:00 AM of your time would be for me: 4:00 AM (not a chance) and your 4 PM (16:00) would be for me: 10:00 AM (not a chance either!). I have nothing to add... :?

Max refresh rate of a typical LCD is 75 Hz, I know, because I have one and 75 Hz is fairly enough for human eyes.

CRT's have it usualy 85 HZ @ 1024x768x32bpp.

I know, it's not an issue of the type of used monitor.

1024 by 768 True couler (60HZ)
I recommend you to change refresh rate (just in case). It won't help with Giants, but will make your eyes hurt less. Change it to 'Optimal' or 85 Hz.
60 Hz means 60 'blinks' per second, which is too slow for human eye nerve :)
