Does this game have any form of lag correction / softening?
I am cursed with satellite internet, which causes massive lag, I can only really play games where the lag is eliminated / etc. (Well, I can play, but the experience is dampened by a bit.) |

| Yea, in this game you can have a lags if your ping will be high or if your % of lost packets will be high. |

| Yes, but is there any form of lag correction? Probably not, since that seems to be a much newer feature. |

Ah, as I expected. Bloody Sattelite internet is a curse.
I'd probably get bad ping anyway, due to a horrible location. At least the source engine / FC2 actually try to help the laggers. |

The only form of lag correction that I know of was done in patch 1.497. It reduced shield lag to almost nothing at relatively low pings.
If you're pushing 200+ and losing packets every so often, you will definitely get lag. |
